These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Detail District Est25 to you. 

By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

We offer professional Vehicle detailing services, including:

• Exterior washing, clay baring, paint decontamination & polishing
• Interior vacuuming, steam cleaning, shampoo extractions & interior protection.
• Paint correction and protection
• Engine bay cleaning (where applicable)

The exact services will be those confirmed at booking.

• Payable on completion or before.
• We accept cash, bank transfer or payID
• Prices listed may be subject to change, but we will confirm costs before starting work.
• Bookings can be confirmed by message via text, social media or phone call.

• We may reschedule in cases of severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen events.

• Please remove personal items before we start. We are not responsible for any lost items.
• Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, mould, or biohazards.
• We will inform you before starting if extra charges apply.

• We take great care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing damage, defects, or wear and tear.
  • Minor marks that occur as part of the normal cleaning process.
• Any concerns about damage must be raised before leaving the premises or immediately upon completion for mobile services.

• Service times are estimates and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and requested services.

• You must provide safe, legal, and suitable access for our team.
• For certain services, access to water and power may be required unless otherwise agreed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website or upon request.
